Japanese Vocab
I was replying back to a Japanese friend of mine and I noticed this phrase:
おふくろの味（あじ）
The above phrase is read OFUKURO NO AJI and it means "mother's home cooking." We were discussing cooking and that popped up. As I learn more Japanese vocab/phrases, I'll post them here.

It's Been A While
Yeah, it's been a while since I last posted something here, but unfortunately, things have been really busy for me lately. I've been studying Japanese a lot lately, and even though the yen/dollar exchange is bad right now, I might buy some more Japanese books.
It's also been a weird winter around here. We had almost 2 feet of snow on Halloween and then it was all melted in about a week, then we had minor snow storm after that which wouldn't last long, and now we get dumped with about 10 inches of snow which I think is actually going to stick around for a while.
Also, when you complain about a piece of software to the company that makes it that there are multiple bugs in it and then get told that they would be fixed and then release a patch that fixes NOT ONE of those bugs, what's the point of releasing a patch at all. This company is awful, has no customer service and it's primary mission is to take money from people. The said part is that a lot of people are satisfied with the way this company is doing things. I'll keep fighting to have these bugs fixed though -- I won't give up on it.

Weather, Part 2
Yesterday, we had our first snow -- we only got an inch or two, but it's rare to have some snow this early. About 2 or 3 years ago we had some Halloween snow, but it wasn't very much either.
The Weather
It is has been raining here for the past 4 days now and supposedly going to get more rain for the next two. There was a brief period this morning where there was sun but not anymore.

Website Restored
As of today, I have decided to re-install the main website with PHP Fusion. Things are going to look barren for a while until I can get on a steady rhythm to add things. If you have any questions or suggestion, please feel free to ask.
